  • Both parties, you and SARL Digital Screen System, agree that Courts of Montluçon shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all controversies arising under this agreement and agree that venue is proper in

10. Force Majeure

  • SARL Digital Screen System shall not be responsible or liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its contract obligations, and damages arising from failure or failure to properly perform carriage if caused, directly or indirectly, by unpredictable events and Force Majeure events: government directions, actual or threatening war, warlike operations or military, hostilities, acts of terrorists, piracy, riots, civil unrest, seizure or blockades epidemics, pandemics, quarantine, or exceptional weather, snow, ice, accidents, nuclear or natural catastrophes of all kinds, or strike, lockout, labor troubles,  work stoppages..etc.
  • SARL Digital Screen System shall not be liable, even though the circumstances giving rise to such hindrance, delay, difficulty or disadvantage exists at the time the contract is entered.
  • In the event of Force Majeure, performance of its contractual services shall be postponed until the circumstance giving rise to Force Majeure shall disappear;  it being understood that SARL Digital Screen System shall use all reasonable efforts which are consistent  to resume performance as soon as practicable under the circumstances. 

11. Retention of Title clauses :

SARL Digital Screen System retains legal ownership of the goods sold, until full payment by the buyer, and the reception on SARL Digital Screen System account.

12. Language :

Chosen language for these Conditions of sale is english.

SARL Digital Screen System has chosen as the contract language the English version, to allow a majority of people a better understanding.
